At Gumbies, we want you to love your adventure-ready footwear; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Goods
Place the unworn Gumbies in their original box and secure them in a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
